Our property does not have elevators, and there are lots of stairs. If there are any special needs, please let us know immediately, as we have limited rooms on lower floors.
Loft Units: Sleep 8 and are only located on the top floors, with between 33-105 stairs and no elevators.
Office Hours: Saturday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Call 775-588-8571 for check-in instructions if you are arriving after-hours.
Cleaning fees: Exchange guests arriving via "RCI Points" or "Club Split Weeks" with stays shorter than 6 days in duration are subject to a cleaning fee of $65 (2-bedroom) or $75(Loft).
Weather: Our early winter daytime temperatures usually range in the 40s, and it cools off once the sun sets, so pack accordingly. Layers are always a good idea because weather changes quickly in the Sierras. For current weather conditions, you can check weather.com (the zip code for Stateline Nevada is 89449)
Road Conditions: Reminder, we are at the top of a mountain with a very steep driveway, and our first storm is on its way. Please either drive a 4x4 or all-wheel drive vehicle, and/or carry tire chains when you drive in the Sierras. Check road conditions at nvroads.com or quickmap.dot.ca.gov or phone 511.
Directions: Take Kingsbury Grade/Hwy. 207 to get to the resort, turn on Tramway Drive. Our physical address is 750 Wells Fargo Lane, Stateline, NV 89449.
Elevation: We are located at nearly 7,600 feet in elevation. You may get light headed, a headache, or loss of breath easily. Be sure to take it slow and drink lots of water.
Shuttle Service: Tahoe Transportation District has reduced shuttle service to the Kingsbury and Stateline Transit Centers. Our new bus is #22, and the new price is $4 each way. Other options include hailing a taxi, Uber, or Lyft.
Pets: Pets are not allowed at Tahoe Summit Village. Here are local options for pet boarding:

Bears: Do not leave food items in your vehicle. Our bears are hungry, and very resourceful.
Non-smoking: Tahoe Summit Village is a non-smoking facility.
Groceries: Choose from Safeway, Raley's, or Grocery Outlet on Hwy. 50, plus a Whole Foods Market just opened near Ski Run Boulevard. There is only a small mini-mart up on the mountain. You do have a wood-burning fireplace in your unit. Firewood can be purchased at the grocery stores, or we have Duraflame logs for sale in the office.
WHAT TO DO:
Remember to bring your bathing suits to enjoy the Jacuzzi, located on the deck outside of the office.
We have restaurants and casinos galore, offering magic shows and concerts, and of course gambling.
A boat ride on Lake Tahoe is a must, whether on the paddleboat MS Dixie or a charter boat ride.
Carson Valley Swim Center provides family-friendly rates for water slides, a rock-climbing wall, heated therapy pool, and a splash pool for the young ones.
Another day you might want to drive around the lake or explore an old mining town at Virginia City.
